you must unrar the file then you have a ".tsz file"!
copy the tsz file in "\programs\Trillian\skins" and the Skin is runing ;)

.rar is a zipped file. download winrar [link] and use that to unzip the files...

I've been using kUMBS skin ([link]) right up until trillian 3, but support for the new features is now severely lacking in this 0.7x series skin, awesome skin, but pity there's no minimalistic variant on Darkzone.
